Custom Domain Name Registration & Renewals

Initial and renewal .com, .net, or .org Domain Name (i.e. yourname.com) fees are included.
If you already have a custom .com Domain Name, you can transfer the registrar maintenance to us. The transfer and renewal fees are included. You of course remain the registrant of record.
If you already have a custom Domain Name, and would prefer to stay with your present registrar, through them your Domain Name can be set to point to our DNS (Domain Name Server) . You will then have to continue to pay your renewal fees yourself.
note: Renewals are actually included in "Hosting & Servicing" fee.

Customized eCommerce Application Installation

Takes approximately one to two days to customize and set-up our eCommerce application to process properly using your custom Domain Name URLs (http://yourname.com & https://yourname.com).
Set-up and encode all WebSite associated e-mail addresses (encoding helps to prevent spam mining of the addresses).
If you will be using Google Checkout and/or PayPal, you will need to set-up accounts with them (we offer guidance through their processes if needed), then we can integrate your accounts with the eCommerce payment system.
If you already are accepting credit cards through your business (you already have a merchant account), to begin with it can be set-up so that you receive order payments through the same account (so there are no additional processing costs).
Based on your requirements, sales tax, and the shipping structure will be set-up (further customizing of these processes can be done easily through the BACK End's Admin area)

Custom SSL Certificate & Renewals & Installations

Logo, Color Theme.& Basic Formatting Integration

Design integrating of a logo (supplied by you) in the headers (FRONT End & BACK End), and in the background (if desired).
If needed, and aked to do so, we will modify the size, and if necessary the shape of the logo to be able to work it nicely into the overall look of your WebSite.
note: Designing a logo is not included in the "eCommerce Package".
If you don't have a logo, and don't want to have one designed at the moment, we will include making a graphic of your business name that can be used (using a font and color of your choosing).
Color Theme (contrasting colors of your choosing) that will be consistent throughout the FRONT End (Shop area) of your WebSite.
The BACK End (Admin area) will appear just as the demo does with your logo replacing the demo's (see "BACK End Demo" above or below).
Basic Formatting is done according to your placement choices (i.e. Full or Partial Header / Full or Partial Footer / Right & Left columns / Right column or Left column).
The design customizing that is included in the "Complete, All Inclusive eCommerce Package" although limited, is more than sufficient to get you started (published, up and going), and if you are so inclined, and able to, easy access is provided to all files involved for further, extensive customizing.

We only host eCommerce WebSites using our custom developed eCommerce application, and all WebSites are individually, manually set-up.
All are hosted on our leased Virtuozzo SCSI Raid 5 and 10, Intel Dual Xeon Hyper-threading or AMD Dual Core Dual Opteron servers.
We offer only world class bandwidth (some companies use less expensive bandwidth from providers using public peering points), We only use the highest quality next generation providers with private peering.
Public peering points are notorious for bringing incredible slow downs, packet loss and even breaks in connectivity. Private peering offers only top quality bandwidth, no slow downs, the least number of hops and backbones to get to where you and your customers are, and plenty of available overhead.
All of our providers use the BGP4 routing protocol. With BGP4, each packet that leaves the network is evaluated and sent out the best route possible. In the event that one of our providers fails, traffic is automatically and seamlessly transferred through our other providers.
